Description
After deleting some nodes they still show up in the Node Connection order list. This can be very confusing, especially when you have new nodes with the same or similar names.
In the screen shot, the Always True node and the Take Kerbal node has already been removed. This list only updates when you exit the mission builder and come back to load the saved version.
