Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start (new) game
2. go to VAB or SPH
3. click the + in the top left corner of any part in the part menu
-> A new window with the title "Add part to category: [...]" opens
-> Window body shows: #autoLOC_80030 and a icon
4. hover the mouse over the icon in the window
-> tooltip comes up with text: #autoLOC_8003021
