Kerbal Space Program

Whenever I click Recover Vessel While in EVA, it reverts to the last saved state, it even includes a warning stating it will revert to the last save point, as though someone just gave the recover vessel button the same properties as the Return To Space Centre Button. This is on Windows 10 Home Edition-64 Bit OS, while using Steam and 32-Bit KSP. Has only happened once, but on my first launching of a plane, and bailing out and using the new parachute feature with a slightly modified Aeris 3A (Changing the engine to a more powerful one) on a fresh save of KSP. Happened only once and I forgot to get picture evidence.
