Description

Issue:
Scientist cannot restore science modules while seated in EAS-1 external command seat. Kerbal must leave seat before the 'Restore' option is available.

Suggestion:
Make restoration of science modules by a scientist possible, while seated in the EAS-1 command seat, if the seat and science module are close together.
