Intermediate Construction Tutorial messages don't change in Spanish

I've tested this on a completely stock install, in the Spanish version the "Intermediate Construction" training mission does not tell you to load the "Hopper" craft.
Two screenshots below, one from English and one from Spanish at the same point. (Ignore the fact that the second screenshot has a mod installed, I've reproduced in stock, I just don't want to reinstall the spanish version again)
Reproduction Steps:
1) Attempt to do "Intermediate Construction" on spanish version of game (I'm on Steam, don't know if that matters)
2) After clicking "Next" after entering VAB the message does not change. On the english version, you get told to load the "Hopper" and remove the engine. On the spanish, the message does not change.

Updated by Similar issue found for English a couple of steps ahead of the original report in spanish, after switching to the science tab and adding the Mystery goo the "next" button is not allowing to click on it.

This last one is due to the checks in the tutorial, its asking you to switch to the science tab and then hit next - on the next screen you attach the experiment. If you were to detach the goo pod youd be able to hit next on that one. Caught me out too while looking at this one.

We discovered that the problem is in the advanced mode bar/button, if it is enabled wont allow you to click on "Next". After hiding it I could access the next part of the tutorial.
