Description

I don't know which category it belongs to, so I report it without one.

I'm referring this case:
http://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/15375

Since liblingoona.grammar.kerbal.so shipped with 1.3 depends on GLIBCXX_3.4.21 CXXABI_1.3.8 in libstdc++, which is not available in "Recommended" 14.04, Steam recommendation is not correct and needs updating, especially since you try to reproduce bugs in different version.
