Description

I would like to suggest adding a stock event for when the throttle and/or thrust limiter is changed - maybe letting the trust limiter fire same event....

Currently it seems that any mod that wan't to change something, like ISP, based on the throttle, would need to fire in update or fixedupdate. I would be nice if the could be replaced by an event.
