Description
Ingame it states, that an engineer can repair broken parts. Would be adding to gameplay, if it could repair most attachable stuff like solarpanels, not just 3 kind of stuff (wheels, struts, repack parachute). If you argument, that solarpanels are gone when destroyed, wheels and struts are too, but you can repair them.

Updated by I might add, repairable antenna would be nice too.
An EVA landed a bit too hard on a retracted Communotron DTS-M1.
