Description

Popups cover the buttons (such as the contracts button) in the SPH, VAB, Tracking Station and the Space Center making it impossible to lock the popup open. Happens after a restart as well.
This is a carry over from 1584 pre1.2 reported and verified on the day before release in the pre-release tracker. It still exist in the 1.2 release.
