Transmission of stored EVA report destroys report if antenna cannot deploy

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Build a spacecraft with a service bay.
- Put an antenna in the service bay (see the attached screenshot for an example).
- Launch the spacecraft.
- Go on EVA.
- Take an EVA report.
- Reenter the spacecraft.
- Make sure the service bay is closed.
- Right-click the crew part and select "Review stored data".
- Find the EVA report.
- Click transmit.
- Antenna will now complain it cannot deploy.
- Observe that EVA report is now missing.
It might be more generic than this specific case.
Also, I suppose it might not technically be a bug, but a losing stuff you worked hard for because you forgot to open the service bay is never fun so it reduces usability.

It's more complicated than this. The report isn't lost -- it's queued for the antenna to send the next time it gets a transmit command. Or for the next time you set focus back to this craft.

It's still a bug since the report is stuck in the antenna with no way to see it and get it to transmit specifically, other than making the antenna transmit something else.
Now that the antenna can return the science back if it recognizes the failure to transmit due to the lack of electricity, it should be capable to return the science back if it fails to deploy as well. Alternatively, the antenna may continue its attempts to extend, so that it does it automatically when the antenna is no longer stowed (interestingly, that's exactly what happens if you send something to the antenna while it's retracting and close the service bay before it starts extending - it will extend and transmit when you open the bay again)
