LY-01 landing gear jittery when attached to Science Jr

Description

This is the same problem as prerelease bugs #8296 and #7625, but only happens when the LY-01 gear is attached directly to a Science Jr. I couldn't get it to happen to any other part. The Science Jr. was sideways in the default configuration of the SPH.

Attached is a save file with a single ship that experiences the problem, on the runway.
Attached also is the log from the run.
