Sometimes when removing a part from my ship, the part i remove stays in the building zone, unable to be removed or placed down. When I try to remove the parts, i get an error in the debug menu: [Exception]: NullReferenceException. Also, when launching the ship, the parts are floating in midair, connected to the ship with an invisible connection. I have i craft file for the ship after it happened, but not before.
Sadly I don't know how to replicate this, it happened randomly this time, and has happened with another ship in an earlier version too.

This is 99% sure a mod related issue. Closing the report.
