Visual glitch on space center menu with anti-aliasing off

Description

As in the screenshot, part of the road between the Spaceplane Hanger and the runway appears untextured, varying between black and white, the colour apparently depending on graphics settings.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn anti-aliasing off.
2. Go to the space center.

I've tried playing with all of the graphics settings, and the AA settings are all that seem to trigger it for me.
The bug also occurs in 0.19.1, possibly further back but I don't have an older copy of KSP to test with.
