Bug #505
KSP.x86_64 crashes when too many parts are installed
100%
Description
The 64-bit linux version of Kerbal Space program crashes on my system when I have too many add-on parts (easily achieved by installing both the Kw rocketry and NovaPunch remix addons to an entirely vanilla installation).
It will get some ways into the loading screen, then drop back to the desktop with a SIGABRT--the log file would seem to indicate it's having trouble during texture uploads. This is an entirely reproducible crash on my system as well--it will always crash at the same point in the part load order, and removing the part it crashes on just makes it crash at a later part.
However, it does not crash when one pack is installed without the other, or when I use the 32-bit executable with both packs installed.
