I'm no expert, but it looks like you're running out of memory. Can you upload a .craft file that causes a repeatable crash on your system for testing purposes?

It's not actually craft specific. Doing more research it looks like its probably the issue of running KSP on a 32bit version of windows 7 with a multicore processor. Since the crash occurs every second launch without fail doesn't matter what craft.

Potentially a memory issue, Probably a one-off issue with the users hardware. Over a year since its been updated and no new information so Closing.
