Description

What happens: Holding shift to change part orientation in the VAB by 5 degree incriments does not work when the keys are set to Numpad keys.
How to reproduce: Change your VAB option keys from AWSD (etc) to Numpad 8, Numpad 5 (etc) and then hold shift and press the numpad key you have set.

Notes:
Setting the secondary keys to AWSD allows shift+AWSD to change the orientation of the part correctly. (So thats a workaround at this moment)
My config file is avaliable for you to try.
Happens in the VAB and the SPH.

Unable to reproduce, tested in the Linux build, Ubuntu 12.04

Setting the editor part rotation keys to the numpad and then using Shift for 5 degree increments worked fine.

Note, numlock was disabled.
