Consider translating one agency name per new locale
I fired up the Spanish version, and aside from my misunderstanding about the "[es]" tags, everything was as incomprehensible to me as it should be.
Except for "C7 Aerospace Division" and the other agency names.
I realize that in real life, companies generally do not translate their names into other languages when they do business abroad, so keeping the agencies untranslated can be a reflection of seeing "Boeing Corporation" written out in China, e.g. But it still seems a bit underwelcoming to have all of these names stay in English only.
What if for each new locale that was added, one of the stock agencies was "relocated" to that country? So we might see "C7 División Aeroespacial" used in all languages, even English, representing that company being operated out of a Spanish-speaking country. This way the non-English speakers would feel more represented, and all locales would have more international flavor, reflecting the excitement of the localization update.
