Kerbal Space Program

I recently built a new unmanned satellite:

There are 3 bugs here:

1. For some reason, the funds counter in the bottom left is blank.
2. If I put this satellite on the launchpad, and go back to the KCS overview screen, it displays a debris icon, not a satellite icon, as seen here:

However, in the Tracking Station, the icon is still a satellite.

3. If I click on the launchpad and select "recover vessel", the debris marker will stay on the screen in the exact position it was on the screen when I clicked "recover vessel".

This is why there were 3 debris markers in the VAB screen in the first image.

As far as I know, this does not occur with any other rocket.

If I click on the debris marker, this pops up:

Clicking "fly" or "recover" will not do anything.

The debris does not show up in the Tracking Station.
