Kerbal Space Program

I think it would be helpful to show the kind of Kerbal in transfer list. I.e. i want to transfer a scientist to a lab, i need to check on the portraits or else first to know who actually IS a scientist (happy checking and remembering on 20 Kerbals onboard).

Additionally, seeing the experience would be helpful too. I ship some Kerbals around to get them some XPs and experienced for manning outposts. In that case, it would be helpful to see their XPs aswell.
