Kerbal Space Program

Have had this problem recurring multiple times per session. around 30 separate crash files in last month. Any help, info or answers would be greatly appreciated. No mods are included with this build.

Situation: Had launched ship from runway to LKO then transfer to minmus. Could not set maneuver on the way there (due to another glitch), piloting manually, landed on surface with so little fuel remaining i took a screenshot. Within seconds, the game crashed.
