Kerbal Space Program

I have no option to use navigation on anything. When i click on the target mission area my fame rate also drops to almost nothing. Half the time it doesn't let me place maneuver nodes or time warp. Sometimes after time warping all my maneuver nodes are erased and all my stages on my rocket are all placed in one stage all together and if i have the rocket on sas at a certain heading then switch to map view while in map view the sas turns off until i come back out of the map view.
